Conditions
§ 1 Scope, definition of terms

§ 9 Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

- Name of the consumer
- Address of the consumer
We will then send you our return address within 24 hours.

The buyer can find information on how to deal with the buyer\'s data in the
data protection regulations www.onimos.de.
§ 12 Final Provision and Online Dispute Resolution
(1) Contracts between the seller and the buyer are governed by the law of
Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
(2) Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the rest of the contract remains effective. The relevant statutory provisions shall take the place of the ineffective provision.
(3) In addition, reference is made to the platform for online dispute resolution of the European Commission.
