1. How much does shipping cost?

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually we need 1-3 days to process your orders.
After that, depending on the delivery destination, it takes approx4-20 days until your order arrives with you.
3. Wrong address disclaimer:
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you want to change your delivery address, please contact usas soon as possiblevia info@onimos.de.
RETURNS
1. Can I return my order?
You have a right of withdrawal(see §9 of our terms and conditions), of which you are withina period of 14 days after receipt of the order without giving any reasoncan make use of.
2. How can I return?

2. Enter your order number as a customer reference.
3. Enter your name & address.
4. Please enter your email address.
You will now receive all the information you need.
From an order value of 35€ you can send your items back free of charge, otherwise the return costs of €4.50 will be deducted from your refund.
For the repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction within a period of 14 days after we received your return.
3. Condition of the goods
The returned goods must be in the same condition as we sent them to you. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged or otherwise altered.

4. What is theReturn address?
If you want to return something but don\'t want to do it via the link, you can also send us a short email with all the details to info@onimos.de. You will receive all further details, via the return label, from us by e-mail.
